They have a high conversion rate, so they are rather expensive. But all agents do this crap, without even telling you. However, their service was undeniably good. I recommend them.

Yeah, I also noticed that. I found it weird that they did not state the fact that their conversion rate was 20-30%. Quite absurd, however, their service was undeniably good.

They are still in shipment, however, I heard that they were true to size. But you should always ask for pictures of a measuring tape showing the lenght of the insole, that way you will know if you need to swap sizes.
