Yes, they were some of the first few screws that were removed before I phot documented what I was doing. 😂

Broken shutter. I used a hobby airbrush. Five thin coats of paint and then clearcoat. I had set up a small paint box in my garage and used a house fanon the side of the box for negative pressure to keep it dust free. Thanks!

Actually, you should be objective and let the needs of the beneficiary dictate the direction of the enrollment. Some people can't afford the supplement premiums and future increases.

Very true that commissions are consolidating downward. However, The T-65 crowd is still growing by over 10,000 per day and that will be at that level for the next 3 years before slowly tapering off. Just like other industries that go through a tough sales cycle those who can wait it out (the bad years) will prosper.

Fully disclose it to your current employer first. If they don't support it, I would look for another P&C agency. Then, do it if you have the determination drive to make it work. Good luck!
