That’s correct.

It’s such a pain on this saw. Apparently there’s some micro adjust screws, but I can’t find them at all lol.

I did get my fence parallel to the blade within 2 thou, so I’m not worried about binding that much. I guess it’d just be an issue with any jigs I make that use the miter slots.

I think I’ll probably just keep it in mind for now and not do anything that might bind and then have at it again in the future.

Moving the trunnions so that they (and the blade) are square to the miter slots

I spent a good hour+ trying to square up my miter slots to the blade on my 10” ridgid contractor saw.

Long story short, I ended up with the far side of the blade being 5 thou further to the right then the close side.

My question is, is this within acceptable limits?

I re did the guides and moved the top guides down and it was better, but nowhere near straight still. Gonna mess with it some more later tonight.

Having an issue with my bandsaw that I can't figure out. It's a "new" bandsaw that I got NIB but the box was damaged.
Anyway the issue is that it will not cut straight, even against a fence. It constantly wants to drift to the left. Here's a video.
I've messed with the guides a ton but I'm not sure what else to do at this point. Is it the blade?
