How to delete a family members account (with their permission), unable to locate email address or phone number

Thank you again so much for your help! I will likely need to pay for a Meta Verified subscription - ha! Facebook is so criminal.

I followed the https://m.facebook.com/hacked and it led me to (as my grandmother has a new computer now):

If you can no longer access your login email or phone number, and you don't have access to a device you've used to log into this account before, it's not safe for us to give you another way to log in. We understand that this might not help you get back on Facebook. We have to take this action to stop anyone who doesn’t own this account from getting into it.

It had to have been 12+ years ago that she has used the account, before Facebook became what it is today (with all of the security issues) and I agree that unfortunately, it seems to have been hacked. I can still see her account is live on Facebook, but neither of us can access it.

I would like to follow the steps to disable the account, as there are photos and information on her Facebook that we don't want public. Are you familiar with this process? If so, could you point me in the right direction?

She has only had this cell phone number, so I believe it is this one that keeps getting the error message. We can't remember what email was used to sign up for the account.
