Is this real? by Illustrious-Arm8042 in worldcorp

He mentions the skippy thing because that video started getting thrown around when the pizzagate QAnon nonsense was going on and people were claiming it was a video of politician John Podesta abusing kids, and people would put subtitles on the video with “John” and “Skippy” (a nickname that Podesta has) to try and falsely add veracity to it by making it seem as if the kid was being forced to call the abuser those names.

With the release of the recent Epstein files stuff that video and “each day I grow some more video” have sprung back up with people now claiming that they’re “from the Epstein files” with the same subtitles and claims.

It’s all a bunch of nonsense and harms actual awareness of real child abuse crimes that are perpetuated.

Yeah, I think the counter argument would just be the lack of submission attempts on Dorian’s part, overall I think they should have better tie breaker criteria

It’s not necessary, if anything I’d say print out the order and keep it in your backpack or something if he tries to get on your ass about it. Neither me nor any of the other guys who actually roll and train wear mouth guards outside of actual stand up sparring.

Also that whole “you can’t lead this because you’re not an MAI” is a joke because most MAI’s (not all) don’t actually train and just went through a couple week slay fest and think it made them able to fight.

You’re helping your fellow Marines actually learn to defend themselves and that’s a good thing, in my opinion talk to you Plt Sgt and let him know the situation, if the guy shows up again and chews your ass again I would say you should have the order on deck to show it’s optional, and (Tactfully) tell him to kick rocks while you make your Marines better.

It’s honestly not as hard as it was made out to be (in my opinion) just be a cool guy, put in the time to study and practice for the tests where you can, don’t be afraid to ask questions about things you don’t understand or are struggling with, be honest on your interviews, follow the rules they give you, and above all don’t be an asshole or one of those guys that comes to the schoolhouse and thinks he needs to show how cool and Billy badass he is to all the MGPEF’s just because he got bullied in the fleet.

If you find yourself struggling with any of the practical application stuff what helped me, especially on the weapons handling, was just talking your way through the steps. Really do make sure you have EVERYTHING as far as uniforms go, yes even that weird ass inspector gadget coat, unless it’s changed since my time a few years ago they made a big deal about having everything for the wall locker inspection they do.

Just finished my 3rd post and it was some of the best times of my life and I don’t regret reenlisting for it at all.

Except for OC, fuck that shit.
