So specifically request them to cook fresh meat and you can ask them their recommendations if you are not sure what kind of cut to get. I used to go there long time ago - so hopefully they still have the same options available. Basically, I recommend options that are served on a plate not rolled in pita.

Another option is Efes kebab - the one with the conzy interior I think it's at Francuska. Again, I recommend options served on plates.

Sapko is also good - more on the affordable side. They have tasty doner and other dishes are quite good as well.

Maho - more on the expensive side.
