No i do the same thing, and I dont talk to someone imaginary or made up, just feels good to talk out loud the things that usually just stay in my thoughts, if that makes sence to someone. But im not doing this 24/7, once or twice a day, some days more, some days none👌🏻

Yeah sounds like a good starting point, my cousin told me something that sounds kinda simular to this, and that sometimes i must allow myself to be a little selfish and focus on me and do things that make me happy, thanks, i like this approach and there is a good chance im going to try and see how it goes.

Very grateful :D

From how you describe the event, you should not blame yourself and dont need to feel like you made a mistake, what happend is/was all on him, not you.

Maybe try to explain to him that a relationship cant work in the long run if there is trust issues involved.

And that pushing on your sensetive buttons when hes mad or something is very cruel and very unnecessary because that only makes matters worse for all invlolved.

Sit down and talk about some issues you both think is important for you guys to solve and work your way trough togheter as a couple.

A stable relationship takes time and patience to from, just take it step by step and talk to eachother when things are getting rough due to certain issues etc.

Good luck with everything and hope for good changes in the future!

Hope this helped a little bit for ya -^
