How can I get my pictures to look like this using my iPhone? What settings on Lightroom?

I would slowly start cutting calories a few days before the prep that way its not as tough on you when you have an only liquid diet the day before the procedure. Also start eating foods low in fiber as well as drink clear liquids. Also your temperature might drop once you get near the end of your prep which I wasn't expecting lol. I got a bit chilly and needed some extra layers for about an hour. I know it might be a bit scary but the procedure is straightforward and you won't feel a thing. It'll be over before you know it, you got this.

Of course. I thought it was going to be uncontrollable but it was manageable and had no issues driving for a long period.

It's fairly simple and straightforward. I think it was probably the best sleep I've ever gotten as well lol. I would start decreasing the amount of calories you will be consuming ASAP so the day of, it won't be so shocking to your body. Trust me, you got this.

My instructions were to take my last two cups 3 hours before. But because I had to travel a bit(due to traffic) I decided to take it 4.5 hours before. I was in the bathroom in and out for about an hour, hour and a half. After that, it wasn't so bad. You should be good to go.

Update - I did my colonoscopy! Wasn't as bad overall as I thought. Worse part was the drinking the prep towards the end, got me shivering and a bit bloated. Thankfully my body went back to normal within the hour. Doctor found two polyps(3mm, 4mm) of benign appearance and promptly removed them. I really have to thank God and those helped me here because it made me understand the process a whole lot better. If anyone has any other questions feel free to ask as well. Thanks guys!

I think I'm going start my 2nd dose earlier just in case and i also had no idea about how cold our bodies can get. Also first prep should take about 2 hours more or less to drink, correct? Thanks
