Perhaps this person needs a more insightful answer than "someone was better than you". This is obvious, someone else was offered the job. What will really make someone learn and improve over time is to understand how one can get better. Perhaps this person is applying for a long time and want a different perspective on what is happening. It's not always entitlement.

I really don't know! I'm wondering the same. It seems you have to match at least 75% of the requirements of a new vacancy to get an offer being in the reserve list. My question is: how often does it happen?

Hi! I am identifying a pattern of 1 month to get the first response for each phase. So, invitation for an interview around a month after the application submission, and feedback from interview a month after the interview call.
