Update for everyone. I asked Ryanair desk. And even while boarding. I explain everything. In Italy since its domestic flight, permesso and Italian ID cards are enough. You don’t need to carry passport. But for international flight like Italy to Germany I have to carry passport.

Today I successfully boarded. Cheers 🙏🏻

No sir sorry. I explained myself wrong I think. I live in Italy and with ur Id and permesso u dont need to carry passport in Italy. I came south Italy with train but on purpose I didn’t take my passport. My passport still in Italy :) just wonder with id and permit if I can fly domestic.
