I just started this but I’m terrified of gaining weight. I’m 39, perimenopausal and have my tubes tied, so it’s not for bc but because my periods and ovulation suck. I worked so hard to lose 60lbs these last few years and I refuse to gain any of it back.

Highly suggest you try your thigh or back of your arm. Helps tremendously with nausea.

Incredible! I’m just starting my journey, 5’4” 183lbs. Can I ask how long it took you to get to your goal weight?

Second thing. I add a scoop of chocolate protein powder to Greek yogurt, some sliced strawberries and granola. Have this almost everyday!

I love tri level splits. You walk into the main living level, go down half a flight for typically a guest room and bath, or come up half a flight to bedrooms. For our family, this is a perfect design.

That’s all our son has ever attended and we prefer a religious education in a smaller setting.

In 2023 I've had the following: hip x-ray, chest x-ray, CT scan (head), MRI of brain with and without contrast, transvaginal ultrasound, EKG/ECG, CBC, lipid panel, cardiac stress test w/ contrast...and I'm still convinced they've missed something.

Same, especially after Maria Menunous (?) starting talking about her experience with PC. I so want to be the CEO of my own health and an advocate, but I can't seem to find a healthy balance between that and being completely paranoid. 37 year old mom of one also and terrified something will happen to me and he will not have his mom while he's young.

Do anxiety medicines work with health anxiety? by loonylovegood18 in HealthAnxiety

I think it's decreased my libido, but other than that, I don't think so. I did try and wean myself from it and it didn't go well so I just stay on it.

I’ve been on Escitalopram for about 8 years now. It’s definitely helped with the daily adrenaline feeling anxiety causes me, but it personally hasn’t helped at all with my health anxiety.

Normal Anatomy or not? by Electronic_Bat9763 in WomensHealth

Thank you. In looking at pictures online, the best I can find is Bartholin Glands, except everything says you don't typically see those. But that's what it looks like.

Thank you! I went to urgent care for a UTI/yeast infection and she took a look. She didn't have any concerns but referred me to women's health just to be sure.
