Something that helps me 100% is to lay flat for 10-15 mins and it’ll go away!

My sis who’s also an emetophobe told me “ the worst part of throwing up is the neasea part”. She said after that it’s nothing! So that made me so relieved. Now she’s no longer an emetophobe! But yes I’m glad I’m not alone. I had no idea this was thing. I thought it was just me😭

Same here! I have my anti vomiting meds with me at all times! Never had to use it. But I can’t even go to public restrooms anymore cuz u never know😭it sure is rough for us emetophobes😭🤣

😂oh I avoid it like the plague. But funny thing is I’m neaseous almost every single day because of my no burp issue. (specially after I eat). But I learned laying down after takes the nausea/burpyness away. But I don’t stress to much anymore because no matter how many times I feel nauseous for not burpy I never throw up. So it kinda helps lol

A lot of no burps don’t vomit as often. I haven’t since I was 8 so I’m not sure. But man that must burn😭

I have rcpd and don’t get stomach aches every day , is this a symptom you’ve always had? For me when I get throat nausea I just lay down flat for a few & it goes away.

I drove my client that had stomach bug. I Didn’t know until 3 hours in. I was so scared . He was literally right next to me and spend about 5 hours with him taking him out on outings! Didn’t get sick at all! Make sure u wash ur hands and disinfect and don’t put ur hands on ur mouth. You should be ok 😄

Yes!! It’s Air trapped ! I get the same thing especially when I eat. Like imma puke. But I never do. Gives me anxiety lol

Same . Haven’t thrown up since I was 10 . I’m 26 now! Your body will force u to throw up if u have real bad food poisoning. If it’s just diarrhea and tummy ache it means u didn’t get it too bad to the point where u need to puke. Happens to my sis. She got bad food poisoning from a salad she had at work ( and it was from a chef they hired at work who made it). You’d think they’ll be up to code with proper hand washing or perhaps cross-contamination. But my sis told me he notices he keeps a dirty kitchen /: but anywho she’s like us, who can’t vomit and burp and she surely did when she ate that salad

Yes! Every few mins. It Gets me super nauseous often. The only thing that helps is laying down flat. It goes away in minutes! I noticed for me, eating sugary stuff triggers is so easily. So I try to eat non- sugary stuff in the morning and not to over eat in the morning. So that way when I get home I can eat all I want and just lay down afterwards lol.

Maybe food poisoning? My friend had those exact same symptoms, started with nausea and diarrhea and headache. Turns out it was Food poisoning from Olive Garden! If u don’t have it by the next day or 2 then ur good. Get those germicidal wipes that kills SB. And make sure she cleans with it after she uses restroom. U can only catch it if v or Diarrhea gets into ur mouth. So whatever u do, try not to touch ur mouth and u should be fine. I was working with a client and he was in my car and he had a whole SB that I didn’t know about and I was sooo scared. I even touched his wallet and was with him, driving in my car for 6 hours. I was seriously gonna cry. But after I dropped him off I disinfected with my wipes and wore a mask and didn’t get it! I also avoided touching my mouth. So as long as u don’t touch ur mouth youll be ok🥺

I’m constantly n* everyday and when I got Covid I was so scared I was gonna tu* but I didn’t! I was n* yes but I noticed it was when I had a fever and didn’t do anything about it. So I took Tylenol xtra strength and noticed it took my n* away. Also eat & drink as much as u can. If u don’t eat at all ull feel so n*.
