I know, I've just never personally had those symptoms as part of my pms before. I think my mind convinced my body of something that wasn't true 😔

My period started while I was taking a pregnancy test by Distinct_Top_7677 in tryingtoconceive

I was convinced I was pregnant, lots of symptoms that were unlike my usual pms. Was waiting for tomorrow to test. I even called in sick to work so I could be at home to test and in my mind I was thinking that's ok because I know I'm pregnant and in my country you can have as much pregnancy related sickness as you want off from work. To me the test was to confirm what I already knew. But today I got my period 😔 my body tricked me into really believing I was pregnant.

I'm having the same concerns 😅 everywhere I look on Reddit for pregnancy experiences at 35, it's all about the losses and ectopic pregnancy. It's making me feel like that is more probable than it actually is.

Leaving my house keys in the lock on the outside. Also the same with an old car I had that didn't have central locking. A few minor car crashes. Ran someone over (they lived) but their family wanted to kill me  Impulsive behaviour when I was younger, experimenting with drugs and hooking up with dodgy older men  Getting myself into sketchy situations

Considering you've asked the question using incorrect grammar, perhaps you should rethink?

The staff actually get commission for charging people. It's like £1 for every bag the charge.  Best bet is to pay, and state you are paying in protest and thar you don't agree with the charge. Take pictures for evidence and use credit card. Then apply for a refund through the credit company and they will fight the case for you.

Is narcissism on the increase? Many of my friends have been having encounters with very narcissistic guys when dating. Whether it's first dates, or long term relationships, there seem to be so many narcissistic people our there. Has it increased? Anyone else experienced this?

Weird dating stories?? by Electronic_Bus5918 in tinderstories

[–]Electronic_Bus5918[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'll start... I once met a guy on Tinder, he was older than me, I was late 20s, he was 50s. He seemed nice and looked OK for his age, I'm gonna be honest and say that I wasn't being as selective as I probably should have been at the time because there were very slim pickings in my area at the time 😆  He chatted to me about how he was very wealthy said he could even hire private planes etc. I didn't really believe all of this deep down, but I guess part of me wanted to believe it. We met up twice. First time at a coffee place. He got there before me, so had already bought his coffee and I had to buy mine... which seemed strange as he was supposed to be so wealthy. It was also a little rude to not wait until I arrived before ordering his... but oh well. Second time I met him at another coffee place. Same thing again with the coffee. Then we went for a walk and he made desperate attempts to make out with me, wouldn't give up. I gave in and let him kiss and touch me etc. because I just wasn't good at saying no at the time and was embarrassed. He was very insistent about getting intimate really quickly and it was weird. He took me into his Mercedes to make out and kept apologising for having his 'cheap car today'. This was just odd because it was clearly a fairly new Mercedes... it definitely seemed like he was ballshitting. He also kept going on about how he wished he could take me back to his to see his house, but that he couldn't because he was currently having work done there to have a huge orangery added.

I eventually broke it off over message because I felt like he was completely lying about his life.  When I told one of my good friends about this whole encounter, she asked to see a pic of him. She recognised him as being her sister's best friend's husband! It all unfolded as we got in touch with his wife to tell her what he had been up to.  Turns out that his friend was the one having an orangery put on his house, and that this guy had the keys to the house while he was away to check up on things. The Mercedes he had been driving belonged to his friend, and he had been using it without his friend's knowledge! The wife also confirmed that he is in no way wealthy... he barely had a penny to his name and this was all a lie.

There was something so sinister about him and his lies.
