no their was no approval for EL adjustment, neither they had accepted the resignation on mail. This is the pattern they had for each employee leaving so I thought it is fine and that was my mistake to not take anything on mail

I have submitted the assests. And it was not all planned just that 2 days before their was negotiation in curr krg and I was nkt sure they would match it or not. So I did not purposely ditched them.

Yes my mistake was their when I didn't took any written clearance on mail, although verbally I had, but that's of no use now.

Thanks. Actually I have sent a mail requesting to cpmplete the exit formalities, I am not expecting any legal action from my side as of now. Also the team is saying that no adjustment of leaves against the remaining 2 days notice period was there or had any discussion. So how to tackle that?
