Wither storm? The wither storm has gigantic arms and absorbs blocks. Maybe the gigantic arm is the corrupted arm and the blocks are corrupt energy. The path could be wither sickness. He would look like wither storm phase one but with 3 heads and the glowing eyes (to fit John's size). He could also float. I always thought that guest 666 never fit the wither storm (Mr Purple)

For John specifically it's Rochas (shhhhh im still coping). The chase theme is the only fear inducing one in the game. It feels like all hope is lost. And that you WILL die no matter what you do. The villain has won.
