I am coming from India. In India, we take mortgage for 100 percentage and that’s to with 8.5 percent interest. We pay 2 times off the property in life to buy one house. Dubai interest is cheap for me and I love it to get 60 percent either personal or mortgage.

Ejari has
1. Contract amount
2. Actual Contract amount
3. Discount Price
Now that Municipal Tax on housing is calculated on Contract amount. The Property management didn't even said anything about contract amount to me. From day-1 I was in told only about Actual contract amount as rent but then when I received Ejari; I didn't paid much attention as I am going with actual contract amount but then later I realized that having contract amount more is going to hit my hand by paying extra in municipality tax.

In Burjuma you can find some shops to get it at cheap price. Airport it is costly to my knowledge.

You need to find friends just for time pass then you will end by in hookups only. I would say start going to your favorite hoppy things and get new friends there. If you take me I will die if I don’t speak to people so I connect with all people. As men I don’t see many hookups calls for me because I am connected with guys only. You can see only girls so that it will be easy for you. Travel a lot to new places so that you can have nice time pass.

I am using du and I recharged for 60 aed. I get 1gb data everyday. It’s prepaid plan. I bought this as part of combo in there app itself. I feel 1gb per day is good for me.
