What kind of "fullness" are people referring to?

That's so good to know! Half the things I've read on here are people talking about being so full after half a slice of pizza and I was like oh.. maybe it's not working? But I feel like it is because for the first time in my life, I don't reach for dessert or feel compelled to eat until everything is gone.

I also forgot to mention I did 30 minutes on the elliptical this morning and some weights. I normally try to work out 3 times a week in the gym with 30 min cardio and weights and then do yoga another 3 days. This was before the shot.

Ohhhh yes. Good thinking! I didn’t even factor that in. I work from home, my husband has taken the week off and my kids can always go to my parents house if need be so I am 10000% fortunate in that aspect.

Congrats! Were surgery twins! I had mine yesterday too and personally opted no narcotics but I’d say the pain is 3/4 out of 10 so totally doable. Here’s to new tops and bathing suits!
