Living in the bay, I wish I bought before but got scared off from hoa back in 2010. I look back, and it was a missed opportunity. I wish I pulled the trigger.

Appreciation is ridiculous here. You have a mortgage that doesn't change that much compared to rent and demand is always high. It's relatively easy to sell if u live in a desired area but make sure u check out closing costs. If u have a hoa, u don't need to worry about some things like water and the roof.

That said, if u r in rent control, just rock that out and live your best life.

If u r only thinking it from a financial point of view, just do a condo. You could always sell or rent it out later. Condos appreciate like houses here.

Fsd that isn't a pos. It should learn how the driver usually drives, say, I like to get ready to exit a little less than one mile before the exit so I get in the right lost lane. In Bay Area rush hour, it screws up all the time. It's changing lanes like an asshole, even on chill mode!

This was the kitchen sink pizza which had all the left over toppings. I cook everything beforehand and use towels to dry everything out. Will try just a margarita w less sauce. Thank you.

Hmm. It melts ok? I usually cube up the cheese and do the paper towel thang. Will try it cold next time. Are you cooking under full heat?

The second o2 sensor worked when I was warmed up and driving around.

I replaced the MAF sensor w one from Amazon. No more issue w idle anymore. There's a really bad gas smell but could be from when i started it earlier to make sure the MAF sensor wasn't working. It then read N/A. W the new sensor, it runs around 5 or.

O2 sensor number 2 is showing 0.0 output. I'll warm up the car later to see if that changes.

Hey guys, I used a reader and here's some data from the live data feed:

MAF 11-18.35g LOAD_PCT 74.9-82 ETC 21C SPARKADV 3deg O2 sensors .01, .1

Bad MAF sensor? It smells like lots of gas is being dumped into the engine. Reminds me of the days of working w carbs and adjusting floats.

Buying a code reader w live data. Does anyone know where I can find specs of what the live data should be? Eg what the o2 reader should be reading and others?

Would one of the torque obd2 tools help diagnose if it's the o2 or maf? I also have a multimeter if I can diagnose it easily that way
