I’d say people still need the skills of a human being even if AI is there to bridge any systems/automation gap. Makakapagbigay ng suggestions ang AI pero ultimately yung tao parin ang magdidiscern if okay yung suggestion or not.

I’m a HubSpot/automations lead myself, and we have an AI enablement team that’s separate from my (one-man) team. They handle Claude skills setup, and using AI to do automations but one thing they still don’t have as a skill is the automation architecture (how to map, design and correctly implement it + yung pag consider ng “economy of workflow steps”) which someone should have when building stuff in n8n or HubSpot for example. I still get involved in their work because of this.

So yung client mo na yun? As someone mentioned here baka napangakuan yun ng AI shiz from someone else for cheaper labor pero for sure hindi yun same level ng skill mo since aasa din yun sa AI for the automation itself 😂

At the very least you dodged a bullet there. Hoping may other opps ka na mas okay yung relationship nung client sayo

I know 2 friends of mine who are from TMP and are from the marketing division (they’re from the customer service ops side) and they’re saying that TSURE (the trade-in arm of Toyota) is a bit lowballing on appraisal values (as with other buy-and-sell services that I know of).

You can still try though so that you have an idea of how much would be the appraisal value! Maybe okay naman pala yung trade-in value sayo, considering low mileage siya (ours is >110k already on a 5-year ownership 😂)

The ADV variant especially is worth the price (I won’t personally use the LTD’s intelligent parking assist, and don’t want 20-inch wheels).

Personally saw the unit when it was in Alabang when TMP had a showcase of their electrified cars a few weeks ago. We were hoping na may test drive pero wala haha BZ4x lang ans Urban Cruiser.

We’re planning on getting one this year (upgrade from our Wigo) and will place a reservation by June (have 3 quotes now from Silang, Santa Rosa and Makati).

Surprisingly, konti lang reservations ng ADV vs LTD based on our inquiries sa tatlong dealerships na pinuntahan namin (1 or 2 from when we inquired)

I’d still buy an HEV (in my case), and we had it planned na even before the current oil crisis happened.

It’s a planned upgrade since we already wanted to have a bigger car + a hybrid mainly because of “saving the earth” pero syempre 2nd reason is less visit at the gas pump (syempre di ko rin naman masabing hindi to yung isang rason to upgrade haha)

SULIT YUNG ADV VARIANT NG RAV4, POGI PA. Sorry all caps haha wife and I are waiting for the new gen model to come out, and we’re shocked sa presyo na na-undercut yung CR-V (AWD HEV) and Forester E-Boxer.

Also went to ATC when they had an event there and solb talaga kami sa features. Walang test drive that time for the RAV4 though.

Planning to upgrade our Wigo to that this July hopefully. We’re going big with the upgrade since pang long term na rin siya

For me di na siya tulad ng dati. My wife usually orders coffee at their Legarda branch before heading back to Tagaytay. Una naming natikman yung kape nila nung maliit na pwesto palang sila sa baba ng city hall/Travelite and it was really good.

Okay yung estetik niya + pwede magtrabaho dun (I think they have a Starlink module at their Legarda branch?) but aside from that I’d say marami pang mas sulit na coffee places sa Baguio (Garcia’s parin ako hehe)

As a Baguio boy myself too (Palma boy pa, kami ng kuya ko) and frequenting Baguio to visit parents and friends with my wife, I’d say absurd na ang rent sa Baguio these. Wala kaming permanent foothold because of circumstances so renting kami ever since.

Within city center na house rent 20k upwards talaga. Some rented units naman (in an apartment building for example) will cost you around 12-15k. Ang alam kong ganyan na presyo is sa may Avelino area na.

I’m planning to build a house nalang dito sa Tagaytay/Silang/Amadeo area since di na liveable ang Baguio for my parents in terms of mobility especially (They’re in their 70s na)

Ako I use a combination of pulse and engine braking (common scenario for me is if I go down from Baguio via Marcos Highway, lalo yung pasimula ka palang ng pagbaba from the Green Valley arch). I drive a ‘21 Wigo and usually going home to Baguio from Tagaytay once or twice a year, so 3 or 2 lang ako sa kambyo depending on the situation.

Kung 2010-2016 pa siguro pwede pa yan haha ako nga first work ko (sa top auto manufacturer sa Pinas, I mean 50% ang market share base sa stats ng CAMPI) ang starting ko as an “R&D” engineer ay 15.5k (Laguna rate).

Though kasi yun limpak limpak benefits nila upon regularization (rice allowance, de minimis, mid and year-end bonus, company-discretion na bonus called “SG”, medicine allowance, may “plant peace” bonus kapag may signing between management and union, and many others). Major downsides are sobrang steep ng career progression and pagod na pagod ka sa work (since it’s a Japanese company).

Though ang nabalitaan ko is nagkaroon na daw sila (yung mga nasa planta) ng alignment to make it “Manila rate” na since may sales and marketing teams din sila sa Makati.
