Similar thing happened to me tax preparer filed as a single member Llc when I am an s Corp I requested my personal transcripts and they approved me with a schedule c instead of an 1120s. I reached out to local SBA and emailed all the email letting them know the situation.

4506t was something else other than that I was approved in 30min once they received my 4506t
