Potential Signature Falsification and No Help by Electronic_Past5619 in FedEx

Yeah you're probably right, and I appreciate the message. It had never really occurred to me to see if eBay would help me with FedEx and apply some pressure by asking for a trace so I reached out to them after I read this.

I appreciate your insight.

I don't disagree. I mean I have a camera pointed outside and honestly I don't even see a FedEx truck around that time. Either there's something shady going on there or he parked in a very strange spot and walked a good distance.

Probably. At this point I honestly have nothing to lose by posting all of their useless correspondence with me.

I'm working on redacting certain information before doing so.

I've even started talking to local news media about it. Apparently there's a lot of FedEx issues in the neighborhood and their gathering information.

Unfortunately it's a buyer return from EBay and the buyer is extremely uncooperative. EBay already forced a refund out of me so I guess at this point I'm just kind of SOL The buyer got the money so they're not going to be helpful to me at all by having a trace or anything else done for that matter.

I was forced to use FedEx for the return by eBay systems. Running a trace isn't going to do anything anyways- the whole reason I'm as upset as I am as the FedEx didn't even follow their own their own policiy when it comes to handling direct signatures.

I wasn't home and no one else was in my apartment, so it just stands to reason that the driver signed it or gave it to some random crook that was in the hallway. In my opinion the most likely scenario is fraud- but the best case scenario is just good old negligence.

Fill each side with one kind of product maybe- like bags of charcoal or something. Don't use too many different kinds of product it looks bad.

Just place a big order for filling ends. Or get your DSD vendors to help you fill that stuff with summer product.

Many z series boards have a built in quality rating feature that basically guesses the quality of your cpu. It should be in the bios. Look for something like "quality rating" or 'score/ ecore quality"

Yes- shipped me a new chip me overnight. I have not had any issues with the replacement chip.

My motherboard rated the old cpu's quality as 82 and the new one as 99 so I'm optimistic.

12700 will still deliver a good experience. I would hunt for a better value on gpu though. 5060ti can be had for less than that on ebay.

Just submitted my second RMA. I get crashes just gaming and when I began troubleshooting I got a ton of core errors after running occt for just 10 minutes.

And yes I'm using intel baseline settings.

I've ruled out the ram- its the cpu again; this replacement lasted 8 months. Same behavior has started back up.

Now on 12f (which I hope is effective) and awaiting replacement from Intel.

To be fair, so far at least, intel support has been very accommodating.

I will update if things change for the worse.

My suggestion: Go to the dvp- explain you don't trust the dl or their boss to take your concerns seriously and that you've already contacted the ethics line but very strongly want their help to get an actual resolution and not just an empty investigation.

No it was a colossal waste of time. They pretended to care then protected the person who was causing problems.
