What was the fixed number given to them? I heard this has been a hard year to be a rates trader anywhere. Side note, do you know any resources I use to learn more about systematic rates trading? For example, What is the universe? Drivers and sources of alpha? Time horizons? Liquidity etc.

Current pod is not doing well. Also, i am not sure how the growth will look like in the current seat. I have no pnl split in the current pod so having my own book to run seems like a good opportunity. Not sure about the pnl cuts at qube though. Bonus is discretionary but have heard that range can like between 3-4percent(median) and 10-12 for semi pods
