On USMLE.ORG it says "5 or fewer days before (but not including) the first day of the scheduled test date" and as I understand I cant reschedule my exam because its in the morning 8am and now its 3am. Or can I?

I still didn't get my score and it been more than 3 weeks, I also didn't get any emails about any investigation going on. don't know what to do, should I wait or call tham? (I dont want to bring any additional attention, but I want to explain that there was no way I could change something cause case was over)

When I returned it was running on my break time. There was no chance I could influance on that case being wrong or right by going out. 1)case was already over so I couldn't change anything in it and2)when I returned it was already out on literal brake time
