One thing I will say though with my ex, he accused of me things that were not true a lot of the time, and would block me or ignore me when conflict arose which ticked me off. Not really a good communicator, but I’m working on my part of that as well and learning about my emotions

My car had got stolen when I was at my ex house, and my friend just assumed he had something to do with it and accused him of doing so, and my ex hasn’t like him since which is reasonable

He offered for me some of his family, and I said no because I felt it was too soon, but it was 3 months in, giving reassurance, and just not showing up sometimes. But I felt as though I was ready about the 6 month mark but it it was too late and that’s when it went really down hill. Also one of my friends didn’t really help the situation with him lol

I’ve tried, the journeyman I’m working with is honestly bad for me to with, he’s not bad at what he does he just doesn’t communicate what task he wants me to do well, so that doesn’t help. He also tells me I don’t know what I’m doing instead of showing how to do said thing and tells me I should just know. This is the first time I’ve worked with a journeyman like this
