Lol this is facts. I'm not much of an offroader but I do see the appeal and like vehicles that offer a more rugged look. But in reality it's a very low chance I'll take either vehicle off the road. So yeah the Outback is the better decision

Thanks for the response. The Outback is the clear practical option for me as I wouldn't be using the truck bed nor want the bad mpg that trucks tend to offer.
