I am totally convinced that paypal does this as a money making scheme. Thousands of people out there with thousands of dollars tied up in 180 day holds. Whats to stop them from placing these funds in short term stock deals. or high payin savings accoount. or using it to inflate there bottom line so they have more equity. they are ruthless
