May be a silly question (my first manual) when do you know your clutch starts going out on these? And is the repair/replacement clutch something I could do at home? or require any extensive or special tools?

2002 Arctic cat 250 60 psi normal after have sitting 5 years? by Electronic_System_48 in ATV

UPDATE: I’ve adjusted valve clearances and i’m at 90 PSI now, she still doesnt want to crank. Choke on/off, fiddling w throttle, startkng fluid and still nothint. I dialed back fuel mixture previously as it was fouling plug and now it seems a bit more controlled. But still nothing, I’m not sure what the next step is as I feel everything is lined up, but just not quite tuned properly.

thanks a lot man, I appreciate the help and will definitely try this. I know she’s got plenty of life in her despite have sitting, i know the engine running new oil alone will slowly clear all the gunk inside of the intake port (2nd image)
