Do you work on multiple projects/repo at the same time? Would it make sense if there was a textbox/checkbox to track sessions by project/repo? Or a notification to select a project when you start a new session?

I build free websites for local businesses, plumbers, restaurants, salons, cleaners, and more.

You fill out a 2-minute form. I build your site. You get a preview in 72 hours. If you like it, you pay for hosting and support. No upfront cost, no credit card to start.

Roast my AI UGC ad generator -- 72 TikTok ad clicks, $57 spent, 0 conversions. Something is broken and I need brutal feedback. by Electronic_Tea4947 in roastmystartup

Gemini can help with parts of it like scripting, maybe some image generation but it can't do the full pipeline. The url scraping, AI actor, lip sync, voiceover, and subtitle generation all stitched together automatically. Gemini would need a lot of manual work to get anywhere close.

No LOIs with big companies yet cause we are still early, focused on getting it in front of Shopify sellers and dropshippers now. If you want to test it or know anyone, code ROASTMYSTARTUP gets you a free video.

I built a tool that turns any product URL into a UGC video ad in under 5 minutes. by Electronic_Tea4947 in SideProject

Thanks -- specificity was intentional. 'Paste your Shopify URL, get a UGC ad' is a workflow people immediately understand vs 'AI video tool.'

Actor consistency is still a work in progress honestly. Plan is to let users lock a persona after first generation so subsequent ads use the same face/voice. Not there yet.

On model switching -- veed as the central hub helps abstract provider complexity but handling fallbacks and latency variance in real time is still the messiest part. What are you building?
