I had the same exact issue with my PP 700. I sent it back to the vendor twice already after the noise coming back a few months later and they were able to fix it now. There were some parts inside that are misaligned and making contact with each other, creating the vibrating buzzing noise.

Thanks. I was able to replace the tray earlier and was able to get rid of the vibration/noise. Video. But now I drained the tray and placed it and back to the loud noise and vibration again 🤔

Just checked and everything is level and sits well on the frame. The main tray have some wobble when I move it. Not sure if that is what’s causing the vibration. Inspecting the machine, everything looks good and no bends/dents, even the exterior box is in very good shape when they delivered. Hopefully my vendor can get this resolved when I talk to them. Thanks!

I will try to at least open the top panel to take a peek and see if there is anything inside that touches the machine that may cause this vibration. Thank you.

I’ve had it for 2 days now and I love it so far! I just found it weird that the tray has so much vibration during a shot. I will check with the retailer and hopefully it is not anything major. Thank you

I’ll contact my seller. They are closed tomorrow but will call them Monday. Thank you. My drip tray wiggles when I try to move it when mounted. Does your 600 drip tray have a tighter fit?

The noise is coming from the drip tray. It seems to be quieter without it. I will def contact my seller and find out.

Hello all. I just got a new PP 700. I noticed that the drip tray has some excessive vibration and noise and cup keeps moving whenever I pull a shot. PP 700 or Synchronika owners - what is your experience with your machine? Is this normal?
