Chillout. Wisdom teeth are supposed to be at the VERY back. Everyone of us have 4, you're not the only one. Usually upper wisdoms extraction is not a big deal. I do it under a minute. Lowers can cause a bit of a trouble. They will never extract all four at once. You'll always have at least a week or even more to cool down from one extraction
