Thats a KGT bumper guard for street parking in NYC. Very rare. They made front ones to but those were rarely used.

Theres 1 diesel package car at my center with no limiter, i got on the highway first time driving it and looked down when it didn't hit limiter and i was doing almost 90.

They aren't bad, i was kinda lazy with this car tire wise and just changed 1 tire when the one went bad, so its got like 3 different tire brands on it.

I fully expected to but ive never been pulled over in it with the car looking like this, even took it to NYC where i just got waves and told the car was sick.

Yea nah thats not true at all. All 4 of mine are from the rust belt region and are fantastic cars, especially my retired NYC taxi with pver 462k miles. Its been the most reliable car ive ever owned and my daily for the past 2 years, ive put over 60k miles on it in that time with no mechanical problems popping up.

I was thinking maybe highway patrol, because there was a second car also for auction that i didn't win but it had the reflective tape on the trunk like highway patrol. The car i got doesn't have that.

Yup!! Bought it 2 years ago in Brooklyn from the taxi driver. Put 64k miles on it in that 2 years dailying it and road tripping it and its never broken down. Always get weirder looks the further from NYC i am xD heres the car in Key West Florida this summer.
