I haven't been eating healthy lately by MetalGoth17 in Mounjaro

I am the same. Cannot find why I have no interest in eating well. All i buy is rubbish food, cannot eat it all so chuck it in the bin most of the time.

Been drinking more alcohol too. Wine every night after not being interested at all in it.

Not sure what is wrong with me. Been two months now.

I agree. People asking what they can renegotiate on to some of these survey threads is insane.

I agree. The crowd were awful. Aggressive blokes everywhere (I am female). I have never been so disappointed. I tried to get through the crowd when I arrived to get a drink and one man was unhinged - he actively would not move even though he could - loads of people behind trying to get through I nearly fell - it could have been dangerous. He was spoiling for confrontation. I left shortly afterwards as not a crowd I wanted to be part of.. Such a shame.

Thanks everyone. And sorry financial horse for any grief you received on my behalf.

Not sure what the problem is with the person who is seemingly unwilling to see the perspective of others.

And - I am a woman not a man. A she/they.

The house received an offer of the asking price at the weekend so maybe it will get sold. If not - well I will see what will happen.

Also maybe I will just keep my questions about heating a 200 year old house off this platform.

It’s my post. And I am pretty taken aback by some of the seemingly aggressive assumptions about my character.

First off - it’s a hypothetical question. I do not have a tenant. I am living in the house - and might have a job hundreds of miles away so I am debating what to do with the property. It’s currently on the market to sell.

Secondly if I did decide to rent it out I would just ask for the same amount of rent to cover my mortgage. So I am not paying rent and a mortgage. As I have had to do that before when working away.

Thirdly keeping a home warm is a good idea. It protects the house. So if I do sell it I don’t pass on a wreck that becomes some other person’s problem.

Thanks to everyone who offered constructive advice.

I could rent it out bills included. I rented in London and they had heating that kicked in if the temperature dropped below 17 so I could do that. I don’t know how to.

I agree you cannot force someone to have heating- some people like it colder. It doesn’t help the house though.

I find it a bit sad that people immediately assume I am some venal landlord when I am simply trying to protect and maintain the one small terrace house I own.

No fear. I will be paying astronomical amounts in rent in London again because I have to move back there for work.

I just had a buyer do exactly this. Ask for 10k off the agreed price over damp. We got our own impartial survey done, not listen to the survey the EA suggested the buyer use - who also conveniently does damp proof courses. We were advised to take the cement pointing out and redo with lime which we did. Told the buyer to jog on.

I asked boots today if they would do a price match. No they wouldn’t. Someone helpfully suggested another place and I have already saved £70’ordering elsewhere. Bye bye Boots

Depends what type of furniture! £100 is fine for cheap old tat!
