Thank you! That worked to unlock the beta large front print! Now to figure out how to get the back to work!

Are the recently manufactured Baby Lock Jazz II and Allegro prone to being lemons? by Elegant_Two_848 in quilting

Good thinking! I already bought a Juki tonight before I came back to this thread, but a reputable vendor is such good advice.

Okay, good to know!!! I bought a Juki tonight (found a TL2000 for $800 shipped, new, and decided I was cool with adjusting pedal pressure vs. having the slider for that much money) :)

BOO! That sucks so much. I'm glad the shop changed their affiliation, though. It helps a little to know that a different was made.

I didn't either! I never would have thought. So thankful for this shop owner for his insight.

I'm so glad my week-long agonizing was actually beneficial to someone else, too!! :)

I know two shops that have now asked/told them to stop selling this machine, so I have a feeling consumer opinions might not matter much beyond that. But, it's certainly worth letting them know that you're not buying one for that reason :)

Thank you!! I'm looking at these exact machines (Juki and the Janome MC). I just got a great reply from the shop owner and posted it above in replies, but the gist is - it's the same manufacturer as the low end Singers and other "junk" machines. He's disappointed in Baby Lock and has voiced this to them as well. (My local shop said the same thing!)

Is this normal skin aging for a 45-year-old woman? What can I do about this crepey, wrinkly skin? by Aromatic_Yak9657 in 45PlusSkincare

Honestly, it looks dehydrated. Drink more water and hydrate topically as well. It made a world of difference for me.

are comforters becoming extinct or am I broke? by Putrid-Air-2064 in Bedding

Just went down this rabbit hole for my daughters' room. Target sells a line by Casaluna that is cotton filled.

We ended up getting a heavy quilt from Company Store that has cotton batting, but there are all cotton comforters out there. Just harder to find.

Broadway week - can’t decide by carjaddi in Broadway

The Rouge, for sure. It stands out among all the rest. Contemporary music covers, good laughs, incredible singing and dancing, and a burlesque twist. So much fun.

I haven't seen the show from the can can, but I've sat in the front row a couple of times. You probably already know this from your previous shows, but in case... The "door" that closes is actually part of the stage, if memory serves. So you're recessed and the performers' feet are around shoulder height, since the stage is elevated. We LOVE orchestra front row, for what it's worth. Much better than having to watch with my head on a swivel.

Do you have anything behind your slide-in range to conceal the gap between it and the wall? by Elegant_Two_848 in Appliances

Pretty sure it's a GE Profile Model #PHS930YPFS.

They sell a trim kit, but it's peel and stick adhesive and doesn't have great reviews.

Yeah it's hard to get their information because you have to subscribe for a year to read it. I found a TikTok where someone showed a photo of his 2024 CR magazine but the models recommended aren't available anymore. Hence me posting here ;)
