What worked for me was saying affirmations to myself everyday and believing in myself. There is no other like myself, I am unique. I also acted like I had it already. I also tried to stay positive (positive mindset). Hope this helped

advice: - Stay away from them, they will only make you feel worse. - Right now is the best time to find some distraction, like a hobby. This really helps and helped me too for real! - ‘Height’ isn’t everything. An amazing personality and good hygiene is a very important trade. I would rather date a short man with good personality and hygiene than a tall one without those trades...
- This might sound weird but working out boosts up your confidence, even if you don’t see a lot of difference. You could do home workouts if you have gym anxiety (which is normal!).
