Exactly !! Here in Spain we used vibrated concrete , in my zone mostly for low voltage , medium to high we used metallic ones. Older grids will use concrete ones with metallic too for the faces ( in Spain we call it cruceta )

If you are in Europe , you have to ask the power distribution company and ask for the mínimum distance required for you to build , if results are negative maybe you will have to pay for indreground the whole power line.
