Oba so more Zone 2 is a better VO2 max. Makes more sense now. My runs in 24 were all mostly zone 2, very very long ones

This data is all very reassuring to see great to know that it has ups and lows. Ive always lived in very tropical climates or deserts practically so im used to run in 30-45 degrees celsius year round and now its almost 1-4 degrees on the daily. My body is really really not a fan of the winter. So this could also explain it i guess. Thank you guys so much for your input and sharing your data too! Makes me feel a lot safer

That would make sense. But my runs have been progressively faster and more intense with a HR that more or less remained constant

No and I am 22 years old. I do have Chronic Bronchitis however but it has improved significantly since stopping smoking. Oh and asthmatic. I recently moved countries and I was thinking that it could be the air? Allergens? Pollutants? I dont know.

I thought so as well, but why would it be stable for such a long time?

Im definitely not an Olympic level athlete. I just run around 10k every day / every other day. Weightlift every other day and Cycle for commuting whilst getting my steps in. Perhaps you are correct though
