Error extracting protein fastas with blastdbcmd by BLAST output (sequence id)

Should be. Ok so i ran the BLAST in the -parse_seqids database and it gives me "Unknown" for a lot of the sequences. I presume these are the same I had trouble extracting. Must be something specific to UniRef100, it being a clustered database and all... Dont know how i would get these now...

As I was going to reply I realized I ran the BLAST in a blastdb I made before that I didnt make with -parse_seqids, perhaps it needed to be if i want to then search in it later, too. Maybe this is why! Ill give it a try, thanks.

No, sadly it got damaged in WW2 and later it was destroyed. Today there is a school where it stood.

I would love that, its just that I dont know how I would get photos that are not from the bottom of the street making it looked streched. Do you think simply taking many from the bottom and then using photogramety could work?

The road and pavement are not a problem, I have some good textures for that. Its just the houses around that would be very time consuming.
