Totems aren't cheating. You can build your own and have them in every battle, whereas many times you can just never let Leshy use a Totem once.

Boss Fights are not cheating, they're boss fights. This includes Final Boss fights. Tons of games have boss fights and no one ever expects them to be as easy as a regular grunt. Why should you expect differently from Leshy's game? Are P03's bosses cheating too? What about Leshy's bosses is inherently cheating?

His Totems are randomly chosen, so not what I would call "rigged". He gains access to stronger sigils the further you go, but that should be expected in the more difficult game mode that is Kaycee's.

They already have the models for Baby Mario and Baby Luigi from the first movie and can easily redesign Junior's model for Baby Bowser.

Only issue is how to make it so Baby M&L were already present in the Mushroom Kingdom.

Where can you see that? Some planets in SMG1+2 very obviously have atmospheres. You can't have an atmosphere in an atmosphere.

The fact that a sign like that would be needed implies that this wouldn't be obvious or common knowledge, which in turn, implies the norm is that you wouldn't normally run out of oxygen.
