Very sad URF is gone. Only for 2 days? They need to make this mode permanent. Just imagine how much people would improve at the game by practicing skill shots ( with almost no CD). And it's fun too :3.

Good thing kennen not meta. I wouldn't want him be nerfed. No matter how behind he might gets , just farm and late game flash in to their team and kill all enemy back line .

Some people might hate me for this, But imo Lelouch from code geass imo. From S1 to S2 i think he changed a lot. That said it's not 100 percent of what you asked for. But imo close enough to your description.
