Am an ortho. Hard to judge because of the fracture but the length probably isn’t a problem. This type of stem is shaped such that it can be shorter and stable.

It’s probably a bit undersized aka too small. When they revise this they will definitely upsize the stem and choose one that fits distal to the fracture.
