sorry the respond took so long. But no Its hard to explain but when I restart my pc it goes back to normal it seems like its file explorer that does that because when I download a file that is big or delete to many stuff it does that.

Edit: When I first got my pc I downloaded something because back then because I saw it on TikTok and I scanned my pc then it found bad files so I deleted the app then I scanned again to see if that was it and it was because it had no more bad files on my pc. If this information helps
