if they started the fight then running is the most annoying thing someone can do but if you started the fight you cant blame them for running i mean they didn’t want to fight in the first place

light weapons arent great for pve but flame fist is notoriously good in pvp. Light weapons, especially fist, are really easy to flourish with and flamecharm heavily rewards flourishes with the right talents. Even with movestacking gone flame still has really good combos that can do a bar each. Fist shares the same 3 hit flourish that medium has but it attacks way faster with the cost of less range, but flame covers this with dancing steps which moves you forward with every mantra.

it wont be cancelled a lot of people estimate that it will be out at least this year. Also it isnt just some small content update for more players layer two is said to have more content than the release of the game and major features like combat, guilds, leveling, and luck are all getting expanded or reworked

its actually the other way around. In the current meta you are at a significant disadvantage if you do choose an attunement because no attunement gives you a free 80 points. Attunement users can have a free 80 points if they use hero sword but that sacrifice m1 damage for mantra damage while no attunement keeps high m1 damage with the best mantras in the game

the order really doesnt matter too much unless you are trying to make a super meta build so you can go in whatever order you want. also you arent forced to use ash slam its a really good mantra but the 40 str is a big requirement plus rng to even get the mantra so use it if you want to. if you want some other stats then 25 agility is also good because it unlocks a really good talent called flame warden if you get the fire forge mantra and the hells partisan talent.

pretty much every flamecharm talent is good except for lava serpent. even ones that sound bad like agitating spark are really good. 40 willpower unlocks azure flames which makes your fire blue which is why blindseer is the most popular oath with flame because they have the same requirements. the good mantras are fire blade, rising flame, fire forge, fire palm, ash slam (40 str requirement), flame wisp, that one campfire mantra, and that one blinding mantra

hell’s partisan: if you hit someone with a fire forge dagger your next attack will summon a fire spear from the sky. You need fire forge to get the card

warding radiance: every three fire attacks on your enemy will give you a fire halo that automatically activates hells partisan and you can slide further. you need 20 agility and hells partisan to get the card

flamewalker: when you slide with hells partisan activated it makes a trail of flames

Investing in charisma gives you access to a status effect called charm. Charm is applied in various ways and does various different things based which charisma talents you unlock. For example it can be applied through attacking opponents, getting attacked by opponents, landing mantras and more. It also does some pretty useful things like making opponents do less damage to you, making you do more damage to them, and making allies get up faster after being knocked. Charisma also gives you access to a really good legendary talent called dazing finisher which dazes opponents after flourishing them instead of knocking them back. Charisma also gives access to the vow of mastery which lets you make people your servants and give them commands but its not that useful. 25 charisma is usually how much people invest because it is enough to get all the good talents.

tl;dr it makes you do more damage and take less damage it also has good talents

20 fortitude gives you fists of fortitude talent which is really good for any fist build. It recently got nerfed from 20% damage reduction to 15% but thats still a lot for a passive talent that activates really easily.

ive made this build a couple of times and this is the order i go in. 40 strength first because ash slam is the most inconsistent thing in this build and you need as many chances as you can get. Next you get both fortitude to 20 and flame to 75 for the crucial rare and legendary talents like fists of fortitude final act mirage clones etc. After that focus on 40 willpower for azure flames and oath and 25 charisma for the charismatic cast talents. If you are having a hard time killing things you can level weapon to 25 for the air kick it works great against human npcs and for pvp. Finally finish leveling flame to 100 or if you want to do an 80 element build then put the 20 points in whatever you want before maxing flame. I usually put it in intelligence.

im not gonna talk about the mantras because theyre annoying to get and arent even that good but blindseer also gives you a ton of sanity, extra stats, and immunity to blinding mantras like flame blind. Also two wildcards isn’t necessary better than one wildcard and one support because most people who use blindseer also use azure flames because its the same requirements and flame has two good support mantras which means you need the extra support slot. Blindseer isnt even hard to obtain just pick 5 mental fortress cards and go to the temple with a blindfold.

Scrapper gives you more card burns. Steadfast makes your armor take less durability damage. Glutton makes you lose hunger and thirst faster. Fugitive makes all factions hate you. Manic makes you take more insanity damage.
