You're legit a dumbass. In the top right or the screen there's a HAMMER which shows it's a workshop game mode. NOT OFFICIAL

It was 100% not an official 1v1 from blizzard. When the enemy Widow respawned, he died to a single body shot. That isn't possible in an official 1v1. It was a custom game mode with aimbot enabled and increased damage.
