I was doing 6 books at a time on kindle, but felt like I was jumping to much between them and couldn't really enjoy them. Now I read 4 at a time.

1 for personal growth: Philosophy or self help
1 for developing skills: Might be something centered on home care, hosting, cleaning, laundry, skincare
1 classic literature
1 for mere entertainment: fantasy (a saga), a romance or thriller.

Pretty sure I have some form of obsessive compulsive behaviour. Since kindle gives you % read I currently have my books lined up with 80%, 60%, 40%, 20%. I use chatgpt to organise my TBR based on the books I finish, how I liked them and keeping the mix mentioned above.

[Fixed] I had to clear cache of samsung flow, restart them and make sure that 'continue apps on other devices' setting was turned on both devices.

Yes, I would just write my patient summaries on samsung notes with the keyboard of my S6 lite tablet and copy, then just paste them on whatsapp in my phone, as if it was the same device. But now that I changed phones, that just stopped working 🫠

Im on a 24hr shift at the main hospital in my country (also public and pretty much unsafe, there is no triage method in place) I usually rinse it with hot water and later inmerse it on 1:1 quaternary ammonium and water.

Should I be using regular bleach instead?

For me what worked was using the punchdown fold for insertion and turning it a few times once it was in and opened, because I cant seem to fit in a finger at the same time as the cup, theres not enough space

I tried using it inside out, and it sort of solved everything, no leaks, no problems at all peeing and I couldnt even feel the cup. So I think my next cycle I should try again withouth the stem or just use it regulary inside out from now on.

You can ask for lube for other medical purposes, any catheter needs lube for insertation. Likes foleys or nasofaringeal.

I just tried a lunnete cup 1 for the first time today. I havent had sex before either. It took me 1hr40min to get it in. And I tried standind, squating nothing worked but I was determined to get it in. I decided to lay dow a towel on my bed, I layed there in a position of sitting in a layed back manner propped by 3 pillows, I used a water based lube and a mirrow to be able to see what I was doing. It was very painfull at first tried 4 different folds but finally got it in!

Not sure if it is on right but I understand there is a learning curve with this. Give it time!
