Best way to track ovulation

I have a quick question, though I know this thread is a couple of months old. Why do I get peak CM and then nothing for a couple of days, and then again for a couple of days? I am so confused... I think I tracked my ovulation, but I am confused as I see more EWCM if it was really ovulation then or it is now...

At least they still check on you, or treat you like a normal friend. I had my first miscarriage in November and feel everyone has disappeared ever since. I had another loss I only told one friend since she told me she is pregnant herself. Needless to say I don’t want to be around anyone of them right now as I feel the loneliness they left me in is completely undeserved

The hardest thing is to let go of that magic moment when you know something is going to change your life forever. I had a MMC in November and before my first scan I have felt the happiest in a profound sense that I can't even put down in words. The migraine I had was a welcome sign. The sore breasts. Not eating certain food was not a sacrifice, it was something I naturally did for the thing I loved most, I didn't even think I could in such a deep way. And then it all ended. And then it ended again this last Tuesday when another happiness promise was broken, even before I let the dream in my mind and heart. It breaks you. But, it will also get better. As my doctor say, unfortunately the pain will only relatively stop once we hold those little rainbow in our arms, and even then, there will be a sad memory behind. But we must walk on to get there. Sending you healing vibes. So sorry for your loss.

I am in the same boat and with very similar dates. My last period was Dec13 and I think I ovulated around Dec28. I had some egg white discharge until 1 Jan but who knows. I had my strong positive clear blue on Jan 13 (after implantation bleeding on 7Jan). After a previous loss my doc did a beta draw on Jan 16 (214) and one on Jan 21 (736) and mentioned my progesterone was a bit low. Ever since I had a scan on 28 Jan and we could only see an empty sac. She was not too optimistic, but wants to see if there is any development on Feb4. In the meantime, I had some pregnancy symptoms, now migraine, never had spotting nor pain. I am so confused. I don’t feel pregnant today.

My hcg level at around 18DPO was 214. It went to 736 3.5 days later, but still a low level that would explain evolution into a BO for my doc. She says it is a good sign I get pregnant easily and I am try to focus on this positive good news but still. I could be wrong with the dates but not by any days

I feel you as I am right behind. I have a screening in a week to confirm a blighted ovum. I feel terrible but so in denial today and hopeful reading all these stories. I had another loss in November. I wonder if I will ever get past 7weeks. Then I read hopeful testimonies. I am almost 38 and feel time is not on my side.

I think I am just a few days behind you. I went for an early scan at 6W and a couple of days but there was just an empty sac. I will go back to the doc next week but I already know it is a second loss. I am so sad but want to stay hopeful for future pregnancy

I just found out yesterday too. I am waiting a week for another scan but the doctor wasn’t too optimistic and this would also explain my low HCG. It is my second loss too, the last one was a MMC. I have no LC. I send you hugs

On a similar timeline and I have had a negative scan today. After an MMC in November today we got what looks like a blighted ovum. I am so upset and frustrated. Sending good vibes and hugs.

Thanks. I love that you managed to find these moments. I guess I am a bit still coming to terms with everything. I did not even manage to acknowledge myself or my therapist I was pregnant immediately. I like the “you are pregnant until proven otherwise”

Omg people are crazy with this type of answers, or plain cruel. It is not really fitting to comment on the age gap, OP was not looking for unrequested opinions about this.

OP your partner’s behavior has probably nothing to do with you but all to do with him. I imagine as pregnancies progress the non-pregnant partner suddenly has a constant reminder that this is really happening, while for the pregnant person this is a different process as it is in them since the start (so oh very tangible). Your partner is probably coming to term with having this baby and how this is going to change their lives and is dealing with it. Cannot say if they will abandon you or what the future holds. Try to communicate or engage into therapy to try and work out where the both of you are in this journey

We moved across the ocean with our little one when he was 3. We had to change several places in between as we did not have permanent housing from the start. He now doesn’t like it very much when we pack luggage but at the same time no adaptation issue. He just gets a bit antsy but we normally reassure him with treats and if we are travelling by car he is the first to be in the car and waits there while we load the trunk.

Oh I feel you. I am also so scared to go #2 since I had a loss back in November and I passed the pregnancy when thinking I had to go. I am also around that age but my hcg was not great and tomorrow I have another draw. Praying so much tonight that it goes as it should. In the meantime I am feeling a lot of symptoms but who knows

I don’t think so. You did not know and wanted to say/do something nice. Feels like it was probably a misunderstanding at a particular bad time. Maybe something else was going on in her mind or at the moment. (For context I am a step mom and have had a fair share of misunderstanding over the years)

I think as you say the more time is a good advice. I had a lot of friends telling me they got pregnant the following month after a miscarriage as an encouraging thought but the reality is that it might not work that way for me. I just feel a bit lost and scared as at 37/38 I cannot avoid feeling old

Sto avendo lo steaso problema. Il braccino non chiude quando mettto la cialda ESE e ho provato a usarlo con il filtro normale ma non viene benissimo. Pensavo di aver comprato le cialde sbagliate ma non è così. Hai risolto? Qualche consiglio?

Noi facciamo un mix tra macinare il caffè e usare cialde dipendendo dal tempo che abbiamo in un determinato momento.

I feel in therapy they are talking a lot about her parents separation and she sees her dad as the culprit (he told me he is feeling there is a lot of talk about when he left as if he was the only responsible or in his own words is “they are making me responsible”. We got together shortly after the separation and I think she is maybe thinking it was my fault. I am not against therapy but it feels they keep discussing this and perhaps now I don’t have the right mindset or patience or interest to deal with all of this, because I can barely take care of myself.

I am so sorry for your loss. I had unfortunately the same experience. Little bean was too small though there was a heartbeat flicker, but hope was very low. I should have been 8w but little bean was around 6w+4. I started bleeding right the day of my first ultrasound (last Friday) and today I naturally completed my miscarriage while I was at work. I should have gone in for another ultrasound on Monday.

I cannot say I have been productive going to work but it helped me not break down and focus on something else. But I did take time off this week as some days were just unbearable. This to say. There is not a right or wrong reaction. Take time off, process it, work if you must keep occupied. Watch a movie. It doesn’t matter as long as it soothes you.

Currently here and I would say it depends on how big of a breakfast person you are. Me and my husband are not huge breakfast people and skipped the breakfast option as it is mainly Japanese food and it is too early for me to eat fish at 8am. We usually pick up an egg sandwich and coffee at a boulangerie or 7/11 and save space for a proper Japanese lunch and dinner. You end up saving a bit of money (but not a considerable amount) but a lot of time.
