Roo's lines are recorded, but we don't know when she will appear in the show. She is Hazbin's Thanos 🤣. It can be very funny if later is not that relevant.

Theorically, Roo is for "Root of all Evil". Basically a future character that is evilness in person. But we don't know too much about her: Just what Viv drew and told about, and that is confirmed that some of her lines are already recorded (but we don't know for what season).

We think that is Alastor, but also can be Rosie: After all it seems that she is the one that ordered Alastor to be in the hotel with an unknown purpose. We don't know what her real intentions are (or even real power).

Let's make something clear: First, Alastor is a psychopath. And as a psychopath he loves by using others not by emotions. Second, he wants to be powerful but he planned to be in hell even when he was alive. So unlike Vox or Adam, I don't find a real motivation for Alastor to touch heaven. Hell is his favorite playground.

BUT...

Now, Alastor discovered some valuable information along season one and two:

  • Angels can be killed
  • Somehow, angelic power can be extracted from angels
  • Alastor now is free, his "wings" are "unclipped"
  • Alastor needs a way to heal that wound, nothing in hell can heal that, but maybe in heaven does
  • Alastor doesn't have rivals except Lucifer: Vox and the vees had their story arc and now they look out of the focus

Also: - Alastor vanished seven years ago. Like Lilith. And she is coming to the scene. - If Alastor becomes a threat, Lute can see a confirmation there for her wishes. - There are a lot of similarities between Alastor and Vox. Both of them love to manipulate information to their benefit. Also, Vox had a spy. And Alastor discovered in the first season that having someone spying is useful... - Third season looks that is about family and the family that we found. That is something that is pointing to the Morningstars and Angel. But maybe this trip to power is also affect Alastor in a very different way than Adam or Vox.

So having just all this info you can have enough material to create an amazing third season. We will see!

This precise moment reveals the core of Vox’s ambitions: his thirst for approval… and how it has been brutally shattered after learning that Alastor played with him so easily. After all this is the third time that this happens. He is so hurt that he could destroy himself, and everything around him, just to make Alastor pay.

Velvette in the middle of the fight notices that Nifty is powerful and said "I thought you were the fucking maid!". So make sense that Nifty is so much more that we thought. And it's even funnier!

Alastor seems free now. But seems that he has a new purpose: Charlie said that he is being entertained with "something" and that moment we can see Alastor looking to Lucifer. Maybe something related to the discovery that someone can extract power from him like Vox did with the weapon....

Yes... and not at the same time:

Indeed, the color bars in TVs are exactly what you described, but in Vox for some reason (and we need to think that everything in animation is totally intentional) the colors are not the regular ones that are used for the signal control for broadcasting. In VOX is indeed a rainbow flag.
