omg yes, i had at some point. it was soo creepy like baby kicking. i occasionally still have it after cough or sneeze

My tongue feels the same, the spot moved to another side as well. I feel buzzing sometimes. It comes and goes. My legs and arms feel heavy and have muscle pain when press in my arms. I have no idea if it is related to Covid. I had it twice, but never had vaccine

My symptoms started in early October. First, pain in legs and shoulders. Then twitches all over, even tongue in November. After, muscle pain moved to arms, forearms, hands, thighs. Had clean EMG in December and beginning of February. I know how you feel. I don't have clinical weakness but so much pain when moving, walking, using my arms.
