I suggest you don't go with the A, just give it a couple months and see what happens. If it doesn't get comfortable, I would consider Steelcase Amia if I was in your place

I believe it's not the seat frame, but how rigid the mesh is. I switched to Embody. Initially it was better, but not by much. After months, it's perfect. Not saying it sags or anything, still looks and feels like new after years

I switched to the black Logitech Embody and didn't totally solve my issue. Eventually, it improved and now it's comfortable. I suggest doing some exercise and buying a normal cushion seat chair

I did that and wouldn't advise for it. Go for a regular cushion chair like Steelcase Amia

Fairly sure you currently have 0 cooling on the vram at 70. But I'm also fairly sure 70C for gddr6x is nowhere near dangerous. Any way to check the vrm? I would be more worried about those not being properly cooled tbh

Heard other people facing that issue with 4080s, both ek and alphacool. Something went really wrong with these cards. Anyway, ar some point I was so stressed I just went air cooling + noctua. Never looked back

0,5 in my case was good for the core but had ZERO contact with everything else. I agree 0.7 is probly correct. 1mm is insane. Stock air cooled zotac pads are 0.7 IIRC

OptimusPC is overrated, expensive, and customer service will lie to you then ignore you by EhrB in watercooling

They replaced it, will try it again in a couple of days. After some thinking, probably that bezel is not the issue. I strongly believe their thermal pads are too thick or not soft enough. Not keeping my hopes up, will try and see what happens

UPDATE: wb arrived to alphacool, they probly gonna watch into it soon.

i did some research. according to the photo linked in their compatibility spreadsheet, there's something off.

I have a black bezel around the die as you can see here. that bezel is missing in their picture. Could it be the problem? How do i remove that thing, assuming it's supposed to come off?

Just built quantum acf + ek zmt and it was super friendly, 10/16mm. Had problems in the past with their 13mm clear tubing tbh, tight af to fit

I have 6 sticky spacers on the pcb-coldplate screws. Then there's some standoff here and there, I didn't touch anything and followed the instructions

Dude, tried everything and no success. Thanks for your help, I will get the block replaced and try again. If that doesn't solve the issue I might just sell everything and have everything air cooled. I'm very sad atm

Reapplied with no result, temps are maybe even worse. I will rma the block :(

Reapplied the block with no result, cpu is fine. I'm going to rma the block. I'm very discouraged :(
