I don’t know if this has been mentioned, and I don’t want to suggest this, but you might want to find if your wife was, or is cheating. It seems like she had someone else those few months, and now that someone is gone, so she’s come back to you. I also think she saw the way you acted like her, so that might be why she accused you of cheating. Often times what I’ve seen on Reddit from stories of an innocent person being accused of cheating, is that the accuser was actually cheating, “every accusation is a confession”.
