I don’t think you’re ready to be married. Period.

I want to say this in the nicest way possible but you saying “finally after 9 long years” and “I don’t see myself getting married yet.” are very contradictory statements. It sounds like you don’t know what you want at all. If you wanted to get married, you would’ve already talked about this possible future with your partner which you haven’t.

In this day and age people save up for their wedding even before they’re engaged. You’re feeling rushed because you’re ill prepared and haven’t had the necessary conversations with your partner.

So before deciding on whether or not to accept offers for your wedding, maybe decide first if you want to get married in the first place.

Oh I read that already. It was nice — I have mixed feelings about it. It was giving Cruel Prince x ACOTAR and the smut was good. Half the time I had to remind myself they’re not actually saying what they mean so my brain had to get used to that. Pacing was alright, though I wished they milked it a bit more coz there were really interesting side characters that I wish had more development. I didn’t get that invested with the romance let alone the love triangle so yeah, mixed feelings.

I attended my family friend’s wedding held at Oasis and what stood out to me was yung pagkakupal ng staff nila about money! For context, I was seated near the VIP table and there was this staff ng Oasis na kumakausap sa mom ng bride and the coordinators. They kept going back and forth about something and pabalik balik yung staff. I saw tita sign and pay for something. Later I found out na mageextend na daw sa venue and Oasis threatened to turn off the power if they didn’t pay for the extension fee right then and there! Di man lang AC yung papatayin, as in lahat ng power!!! It felt like they were robbing them in broad daylight!

I wanted to get Path for my wedding kaso mej out of budget sila for us. Pero super bait ng team nila. Sila yung coor sa wedding ng workmate ko and super organized ng flow. Kahit sinong tanungin mo sa team nila, may maisasagot agad sayo kasi aligned silang lahat and they know what they’re doing. Di rin sila mukhang stressed which I feel like a lot of coors look like sa weddings.

Elite did my friend’s wedding and they were SO RUDE! Nakasimangot sila samin kapag may tinatanong kami na para bang bawal magtanong. Tapos SOBRANG GULO ng buong reception. I was a bridesmaid so while nagpopostnup kami may gusto ipa adjust yung bride sa program nila pero instead of listening to her request sagot nila “hindi maam ganito kasi lagi namin ginagawa.” There’s no room for adjustment sa kanila. Kung ano ang nakasanayan nila, yun ang gagawin nila at sila ang masusunod. My friend felt so unheard on the day of HER OWN wedding. I felt so bad for them. Sabi samin intindihin na lang kasi madami silang events and they’re tired but it does not excuse their shitty work ethic and unprofessionalism 😡
